We've added the ability to duplicate existing job posts in your member account. This should save you time when you need to create a new post or edit an existing one.
Duplicating from drafts
Many members find that they need to regularly fill the same roles in their business. To save time we recommend setting up a series of draft job posts in your account for each role. Then when the time comes to hire for that role, simply duplicate the existing draft and use that as the template to start off with.
Editing an existing job post
To protect the Tessellate platform from abuse and avoid confusing candidates we don't allow our members to edit a job post once it has been listed (except for the job description). However we understand that your requirements may change over time and you may need to look for a slightly different set of skills/experience. Should this happen, we recommend that our members duplicate the existing job post and then make the necessary changes in the new post before listing it on Tessellate.
You may also then wish to Unlist the original job post to avoid being matched with candidates that do not meet your new criteria.
