Members wishing to close their Tessellate account should contact our support team by email at support@tessellate.co

Requests to close member accounts should be submitted in accordance with Clause 14 of the Terms of Business for Tessellate members (i.e. with 30 days' written notice).

When submitting a request to close your account you have the option to either leave your account dormant so that it may be reinstated at some point in the future, or closed permanently.

Making your account dormant

When setting your account as dormant our team will do the following:

  1. Withdraw all active job listings - all active listings will be withdrawn, meaning you will no longer be able to view or access any matched candidates, and your active job listings will be removed from matched candidate's accounts and elsewhere on the Tessellate platform.
  2. Unverify your account - your account will be marked as unverified, meaning you will still be able to access your account but you will not be able to list any new jobs on Tessellate.
  3. Withdraw access to the Tessellate Member's forum and benefits package.

Permanently closing your account

When permanently closing your account our team will do the following:

  1. Withdraw all active job listings - all active listings will be withdrawn, meaning you will no longer be able to view or access any matched candidates, and your active job listings will be removed from matched candidate's accounts and elsewhere on the Tessellate platform.
  2. Delete your company account from the platform. Please be aware that all data relating to your account, including current and past job listings and associated candidate matches will be erased (save for where Tessellate has a legal obligation to retain records of such).
  3. Withdraw access to the Tessellate Member's forum and benefits package.
